I’ve been fascinated by this fabulous-but-temporary outdoor display of artistic talent for years. Alas, owing to the fact that I HATE bone-chilling cold and Harbin is sub-frigid for the duration, no amount of bundling up would allow me to fully enjoy it in person.

WOW, I first learned of this in the 90′s, it was impressive then, but now its mind boggling!

Its an entire city of Ice and snow!
