		<description>I&#039;ve been fascinated by this fabulous-but-temporary outdoor display of artistic talent for years. Alas, owing to the fact that I HATE bone-chilling cold and Harbin is sub-frigid for the duration, no amount of bundling up would allow me to fully enjoy it in person.</description>
