Flexible on Age

The next time you feel old, consider the flexibility displayed by 83-year-old yoga instructor Bette Calman. As you can see, the Australian doesn’t let her advanced age slow her down a bit.

Calman has written several books about the age-defying qualities of the physical and mental discipline, including Yoga for Arthritis. “I can do more now than I could 50 years ago.”

As Calman says  “You’re never too old. The body is a remarkable instrument.”
