Most of these uses are unsanitary, all of them are dangerous .. I wonder how many where killed or injured by motor vehicles while making a hobby of potholes. Seriously, a plant in one of these would just expand the damage to the road. Plants are amazingly strong agents of erosion. Um, WHOA!
