Rachel Ward, of Stalybridge, Greater Manchester, had her tires slashed and her car defaced with poorly punctuated writing after she parked in a spot with a sign that said cars would be clamped.

The funny part is that Ward’s friend, Rebecca Smith, had her car defaced with a similar message at the same spot after Ward’s incident. Me thinks Smith should have taken a lesson from Ward.

My sympathy goes out to Ward, but Smith? Eh, maybe she should take some advice from president George W. Bush: “Fool me once… shame on… shame on you. Fool me, you can’t get fooled again”
