A Love Story

Located in the affluent town town of San Marcos in Souther California, a company by the name Abyss Creations, produces “the best in the world” of dolls for love.  These handmade silicone dolls approximate at about $7,000 each.

Match Head Sculptures

British Sculptor David Mach has been creating match head sculptures since 1982.  Everything from human heads to jungle cats, here are some amazing examples of his work:

Harbin Ice and Snow Festival

Established in 1985, the Harbin Ice and Snow Festival is held annually and lasts from January 5th to February.  The capital city of the Heilongjiang Province of China, Harbin holds the greatest ice artwork festival,  attracting hundreds of thousands of local people and visitors from around the world.

Gold Porsche 911 from Russia

In Russia they drive in solid gold covered Porsche cars. More than 40 pounds of pure gold was used while decorating this particular car.  Quite a head turner I imagine, and perfectly good example of something totally ludicrously ridiculous.
